Product Description:
The design of DLT-198N was inspired by a specific scenario in our daily life: people always ransack boxes and chests for candles or flashlights with all anxiety during a power failure at home. DLT-198N is designed to solve this problem. In addition to its hand-powered generation and storage, a strong magnet is mounted on its back, making it easy to attach the product to any steel surface, such as an iron gate, a refrigerator or a car. This allows you to identify its position at the first glance in the panic. Charging is possible with a domestic power source, and thus the product is ideal for an unexpected emergency use.
Two minutes of charging by rotating the crank makes it sufficient for a 30-minute lighting. When it is connected to a cell phone, five minutes of charging supplies power for a 10-minute call. With a light head that is free for a 180 degree rotation, DLT-198N is much more than an emergency light. Besides all the critical roles it may play in our daily life, DLT-198N also meets the need of outdoor goers for lighting in camping.
Instructions:
| 1. |
Pull out the crank with the appliance firmly held in hand, and rotate the crank clockwise to charge the light.
(Rotate for two minutes for a 30-minute lighting) |
| 2. |
Push the switch button at the top of the appliance to light up the lamps.
(The first push lights up one lamp, the second push lights up all the five lamps and the third push turns them out.) |
| 3. |
Connect the appliance to your cell phone with proper connection to charge the phone without rotating the crank.
(Charge for ten minutes for a 15-minute call. The parameters may vary with different cell phone brands and/or models. Optional charger plugs for cell phones of various brands/models are available.) |
| 4. |
Connect the charger wire with a 110-250V power source to directly charge the light. The red indicator flashes while the green indicator is off when the charging is in progress, and the red indicator goes out while the green indicator is on when the charging is complete.
(A full charge takes 3-4 hours, and powers the light for at least 12 hours.) |
| 5. |
The light head is free for a 180 degree rotation, convenient for adjusting lighting direction. |
| 6. |
A strong magnet is mounted on the back of the appliance, easy to be attached to steel surfaces. |
Cautions:
| 1. |
Avoid eye exposure to the light during use. |
| 2. |
Use even and gentle force when rotating the crank to charge the light and avoid damaging the product. |
| 3. |
DO NOT overcharge the light to avoid damaging the product. |
Tips:
To ensure the best performance, it is recommended that you charge the light with a Nokia cell phone charger once every two months. (Charging time: approx. 3 hours) |
