Pull out the crank in the back of the appliance to a horizontal level. |

Rotate the crank in one direction with the appliance firmly held in hand to charge the light.
(Rotate for one minute for a 30-minute lighting) |

Push the switch button at the top of the appliance to light up the LED lamps.
(The first push lights up one LED lamp and the second push turns it out; the third push lights up all the three LED lamps and the fourth push turns them out.) |

Connect the appliance to your cell phone with proper connection and rotate the crank to charge the phone.
(Rotate for five minutes for a 10-minute call. The parameters may vary with different cell phone brands and/or models.) |

Use your Nokia cell phone charger to directly charge the light.
(A full charge takes 1-3 hours, and powers the light for at least 100 minutes.) |
